The courier won’t be able help you on site or answer any technical questions. This is an appointed courier that works with us and their mission is to collect and return repaired devices back to customer safely. The devices will be brought at your nearest branch where the repair will take place. Once the repair is completed it will be returned at your chosen location, the turnaround time is usually 3-5 hours for straight forward repairs.
All the collected devices will be sanitised before and after the repair. The appointed courier will wear a mask and gloves, we ask you to have a mask as well. He will try not to enter your place unless it is necessary. Once the device has been repaired it will be sanitised and packed in a sealed bag before we hand it back to you.
