How does the Collect & Deliver service work?

Give us a call or make a booking online. Once the order is booked, we will send an email confirming the collection date, time and location. Courier will arrive at your chosen location and time to collect the device. As soon as we receive the device we will diagnose and repair the confirmed fault. After the device has been repaired, we will arrange delivery at your most convenient time.

How does the In-Store service work?

Give us a call, make a booking online or walk-in to any of our store to book your repair. If you have booked your repair online or by phone, we will send you email confirmation which will confirm your booking slot for express repair. Bring your device at your chosen branch, date and time. As soon as we receive the device, we will diagnose and repair the confirmed fault while you wait. After the device has been repaired it will be available for collection at the counter.

How does the Mail-In service work?

Once the order is booked, we will send email confirmation along with Prepaid postage label. Pack your device securely, stick the prepaid label and send it to us from any post office near you. As soon as we receive the device, we will diagnose and repair the confirmed fault. After the device has been repaired, we will send it back with tracked delivery (turnaround time is 3-5 days).
